Register now for the Charter of Trust Webinar “The Human Element in Cybersecurity”

On Tuesday 28 July, 2 PM – 3 PM CET, the Charter of Trust Principle 6 ‘Education’ will host the first-ever Charter of Trust webinar “The Human Element in Cybersecurity”. Join us and discuss with our experts how to best protect yourself, your company, and your clients in times of #WFH.

During the COVID-19 crisis, companies saw a rapid increase in people working from home. For the users, this meant additional responsibility to keep their companies, their customers, and themselves secure at a moment when cyber threats and cyber risks increased.

This new situation underpins the notion that people are central to cybersecurity. Hence, we need to educate and train people accordingly. During this webinar, we want to discuss with you why people are so central to cybersecurity, how capacity building can be beneficial, and which modern approaches to learning we can apply to effectively leverage the human element in cybersecurity.

The event will kick-off with opening remarks on the Charter of Trust and the Principle 6 Taskforce ‘Education’ by Kai Hermsen, Global Coordinator for the Charter of Trust at Siemens AG and Principle 6 Taskforce Lead.

He will be joined by three of our Charter of Trust cybersecurity education experts:

Daria Catalui, Group Information Security Education Manager at Allianz,

Bernardo Garcia, Education & Awareness Security Manager at Airbus,

And Bernd Barban, Chief Information Security Officer at Atos Germany,

who will address behavioural change, soft skills and education measures in cybersecurity.

The audience will then be invited to share their thoughts and questions with our panelists during our Q&A session.

Make sure to register and join the discussion by sending us an email to contact@charteroftrust.info.
